We are creating a protocol that will allow any user to protect the underlying value of their crypto asset against all kinds of volatility levels. We call it “God-Mode for Crypto”! The scope of the protocol will reach all corners of the user landscape, from retail to degens to institutions. Already, the simulations are proving radically cheaper and more efficient than traditional options instruments.

Role Overview

Bumper is looking for an ambitious marketer to drive user growth and adoption of our DeFi protocol. You’ll have a natural ability to sniff out our target users from all corners of the cryptosphere. Then, through testing, data insights, creativity and intuition tactfully deliver the message to create an engaged user.

To succeed in this role you will:

• Implement a methodical approach to user acquisition and awareness
• Deliver end-to-end targeted campaigns
• Design and perform experiments to drive marketing and growth
• Work through the entire funnel from awareness, right down to retention
• Successfully drive email campaigns, design and lead rapid growth testing
• Run constant and frequent experimentation of channels, AB testing, to drive the growth of Bumper
• Track metrics and analyze data to optimize our marketing campaigns
• Uncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are reaching growth objectives
• Hit the ground running - short time to launch

You will:

• Have 5+ years’ experience of working in a growth/marketing function with a track record of delivering success (ideally for a tech company or start-up)
• Possess a proven track record of driving demand, growth and revenue
• Be data-driven and perform analysis of data to tell a story, drive campaigns and experiment with growth
• Experienced in paid search, paid social, email marketing and content marketing
• Have knowledge of emerging Web3 marketing strategies
• Have a passion for crypto and financial technology
• Have high proficiency in English
• Be able to prioritise your own work load
• Be a self-starter
