From 12pm UTC on July 14th, supporters will be able to deposit USDC into the protocol and yield-farm BUMP tokens. Becoming a BUMP Farmer also gives exclusive access to buy BUMP tokens at Private Sale. When depositing USDC you'll be presented with a one-off opportunity to swap up to 20% of your deposit for the BUMP token. Below we’ll take you through the steps to make your deposit and start earning.

Visit the Bumper website - https://bumper.fi - and click the 'Launch App' button in the top right.
Click the 'Connect MetaMask' button to connect your MetaMask wallet.
If you would like to continue without connecting your wallet you can click the link at the bottom of the box. You’ll be prompted, once you’re in the Dapp, to connect your wallet in order to make a transaction.
You will need to hold USDC in your MetaMask wallet to deposit into Bumper during the LP Program. If you do hold USDC, this will show in the 'Balances' section.
To start the deposit process, click on the 'Deposit' button either in the Balances section or the top banner. If you don’t hold USDC you will need to buy some and return to the Bumper Dapp to continue after that transaction is complete.
On the Liquidity Deposit screen you'll see how much USDC you have available. There are two decisions you need to make at this point. How much of your USDC you want to deposit, and how much of that deposit you would like to use to buy BUMP.
In the ‘Deposit Amount’ box either type in the amount of USDC you want to deposit, or use the slider. This is your total deposit amount and includes any USDC you would like to use to buy BUMP in the next step.
In the LP Private Sale box please select the percentage of your deposit you’d like to buy BUMP with. During Private Sale there is a maximum of 20%. You can also type in an amount directly, as long as it’s below 20%. Remember you can’t return later to buy BUMP, not without depositing more USDC.
If you are only interested in farming you can skip this step, ensuring 0% is selected.
In this box you will also see the current BUMP price. Please note that the price you pay will only be confirmed when the transaction is written to the blockchain.
In the Summary section on the right you will see a full run-down of your total deposit, the unlock date, how much you’re farming, how much BUMP you’re buying and your estimated farmed BUMP yield.
When you’re happy with the Summary click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page
On the Confirm Deposit page, check over all the details to ensure you’re happy with the amount you’re depositing and the BUMP you’re buying. Click the check box, once you’ve reviewed the terms and conditions, and then click ‘Confirm’.
The Bumper Dapp will then wait for you to confirm your transaction in MetaMask. If MetaMask doesn't automatically pop-up you will need to open it manually.
There are two steps to complete in MetaMask, the first is the 'Approval' to trade and the second is the 'Transfer'. See Steps 9 & 10 for details.
The first MetaMask step is to approve the transaction to Bumper. We recommend setting a higher gas fee to ensure the approval goes through quickly. You can do this by clicking 'Edit' next to Transaction Fee.
You can choose the 'Basic' method and click Fast. Or set the gas fee manually using the Advanced tab. Check out https://ethgasstation.info/ for current suggested Gwei prices.
Once you've set the gas price click 'Confirm'.
The second MetaMask step is to complete the transfer.
**Please note - this second pop up could take up to 5-10 minutes to appear depending on network speed. If your gas is set too low this will take even longer. Please ensure you set a reasonable gas fee.**

If you get stuck at this point and you haven't been taken back to the main dashboard, please refer to our FAQs for instructions on how to resolve this.
After the transaction has been confirmed and written to the blockchain you’ll be taken back to the dashboard where you can see your deposit and rewards (in BUMP and the current USD value). A pop-up in the bottom right will confirm if your transaction has been successful. You will also see your BUMP Balance in the top left which includes the tokens you've just bought.
